    Dell call center representatives needed a quick and easy way to reference Microsoft products and software to help consumers with purchasing needs. The form factor should be engaging so that it does not get thrown away, yet simple enough to use when needed as a quick reference guide during a sales phone call. The ultimate goal of this piece was to increase sales of MS software and hardware through the Dell partner account. The solution was a fanned book featuring product photography with supporting features and benefits on the main side. The form had a grommet hole for hanging opportunities freeing up space restricted work surfaces. The backside displayed more technical supporting information to help with more complicated questions.
