The Strength, Hope, and Caring employee program annually recognizes Duke Medicine employees for delivering exceptional patient care. Care providers are nominated and voted on by their peers, team units, and managers.
Since the Strength, Hope, and Caring program started in 2004, it has provided an opportunity to showcase some of the very best stories of the Duke Experience and has allowed us to recognize and honor more than 300 individuals and teams whose behaviors and attitudes reflect strength, hope, and caring.
