Dell call center representatives needed a quick reference tool for Microsoft products to assist consumers with their purchasing decisions.

The challenge was to design a sales tool that would engage and support Dell representatives during sales calls for Microsoft software and hardware. It needed to be easy to use and visually appealing to prevent it from being discarded, with the primary goal of driving sales through Dell’s partner account.

The solution was a fan-style book featuring product photography, with key features and benefits displayed on the front side. A grommet hole allowed the tool to be hung up, freeing up limited workspace. The back of the book included technical details to help answer more complex questions.
